At Disability Network Lakeshore, we connect people with disabilities to resources and opportunities while building communities where everyone can fully participate, contribute and belong. We offer the following services: Information and referral – connecting you to trusted resources; Independent Living Skills Training – building skills for independent living through personalized plans tailored to your goals; Peer Support – support, advice and confidence from people who truly understand; Individual and Systems Advocacy – empowering individuals to raise their voices and advance inclusion, access and choice; and Transition Services – promoting independence and community inclusion at every state and every age. Please note: We do not provide transportation services, but we are able to connect you with transportation resources in the area.
