Elder Rides & More is a Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) provider. We provide rides to people of all ages, with or without disabilities, across the West Michigan area. Our specialty is senior transportation and can assist those who are able to walk (ambulatory) and those requiring a wheelchair.
Wheelchair Lift: yes with 700lb lift capacity
Days and Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 7AM – 7PM. After hours and weekend appointments available upon request.
Geographical Area Served: Muskegon, Kent, and Ottawa/Allegan counties but can go anywhere. Contact us for your specific needs.
Fees/Fares: $60 Base fee for Round Trip + $2.80 per mile. Prices do fluctuate and additional fees may apply due to pick up location. Please contact us for an exact quote.
Who We Serve: Seniors, Medical, Youth, Work, Disabilities, Out of Area, General Public, Social Services and more.
How Much Notice is Necessary: At lease 24-48 hours in advance. We do accommodate same day rides if we have an available driver.
Eligibility: We welcome Everyone! We do not bill straight standard Medicaid but do participate with some Medicaid programs. Contact your specific insurance provider for coverage and details.
