We offer wheelchair and ambulatory transportation services to the elderly and handicapped residents of Kent/Ottawa, Muskegon and Allegan Counties. Our service is room-to-room and we wait for our clients during their appointments. In most cases we can accommodate same day requests, but it always better to make an appointment a week in advance.
Wheelchair Lift: yes (850 lb weight limit)
Days and Hours of Operation: 7a-7p Monday-Saturday
Geographical Area Served: 50 mile radius of Grand Rapids.
Fees/Fares: $75 + $3.05/loaded mile for a round trip (60% of round trip for a one-way trip)
Who We Serve: Seniors, Medical, Youth, Work, Persons with Disabilities, Out of Area, General Public, Social Services
How Much Notice is Necessary: A week in advance
Eligibility: None – we do not bill Medicaid (will pay out of pocket)
