Transportation services take individuals to crucial medical appointments, day programming, jobs or other activities in the community for ambulatory, wheelchair and those that use walkers and similar mobility aides. Door-to-door for most passengers, door-through-door for seniors going to Alzheimer’s and Dementia programs and demand response.
Wheelchair Lift: yes (450 lb weight limit)
Days and Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday, 4:00 am – Midnight
Geographical Area Served: Kent, Ottawa and Muskegon Counties
Fees/Fares: Call for fares. Fares vary depending on program and geography.
Who We Serve: Seniors, Medical, Work, Persons with Disabilities, Out of Area, Social Services
How Much Notice is Necessary: Reservations open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, at least 24 hour notice up to 7 days in advance.
Eligibility: Seniors 60+ and those with disabilities
Proof of Eligibility: Registration form must be filled out or information gathered over the phone.
