Fixed-route buses on seven routes servicing the metro Muskegon area; ADA Complementary Paratransit Service, providing pre-scheduled, curb-to-curb demand response service for those with an ADA certified disability. For ADA eligibility, passengers must apply each year.

Fees/Fares: Fixed-route one-way standard fare $1.25; reduced/senior fare $0.60. Single-ride and monthly passes available. Transfers are free. ADA Complementary Paratransit Service one-way fare is $2.00.

How Much Notice is Necessary: Fixed-route buses require no notice and run every weekday except Muskegon County recognized holidays. ADA Complementary Paratransit Service may be scheduled from one day up to two weeks in advance. Same day bookings are accommodated as capacity allows.
Eligibility: Everyone is eligible for the fixed-route service. ADA riders must apply for approval each year.
Proof of Eligibility: Those accessing reduced fares on the fixed routes, must apply for and use a MATS reduced-fare card to receive reduced fare. ADA riders must complete the application process and be approved prior to using the ADA Complementary Paratransit Service.
